FAQs

• ICS is privately owned and operated and is not in any way owned, partnered with or operated by the Judicial (Court) system. 
• ICS reserves the right as a private company to refuse services to anyone.
• Payment in full is due at the time services are rendered. 
• ICS accepts cash, cashier's check, money order and most major credit/debit cards.  (Payment App options coming soon!)
• You must have photo identification for specimen collection/testing.
• Records maintained by ICS are protected under Federal and State Confidentiality regulations and cannot be released without appropriate consent. 

• You must report to ICS to complete paperwork to be assigned to a random UA testing group.
• You must report within your assigned testing window and on the day your group is called to be compliant with testing.  
• Reporting outside of your testing window or on a day other than when your group is called will lead to you being charged the Walk-In Testing fee. 
• Your group can be called any day(s) Monday thru Saturday
  • An example: If you are testing, 1 time per week continue to call each day as the court/attorney/supervision may add additional days to be tested.

AM Random Groups: 

Testing time is 9:00am to 11:00am

PM Random Groups:

Testing time is 3:00pm to 6:00pm

Saturday testing time for both AM and PM groups is 8:00am to 11:00am

• If you know what services you or your client need, call or send an email letting ICS know what is being requested. Be sure to include any information regarding testing deadlines given to the client. 
• If there is a court order, please ensure this is included.
• If the client is being assigned to random testing group they must report to ICS to complete paperwork, enrollment and instructions in the appropriate random group.
